𧨠Identity vs. Core
You’re not your name. You’re not your habits. You’re not the voice that says “I can’t.”
All of those are code — written by the world, repeated by you.
But code can be overwritten. Burned. Rebuilt.
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." — Aristotle
π₯ What Is Burn Code?
It’s a ritual of deletion. It’s choosing to kill the version of you that was shaped by:
Shame
Overthinking
Approval addiction
Playing small
Not with anger — but with awareness.
You don’t fix the glitch. You delete the entire line.
⚙️ The Burn Protocol
1. Identify Your Shrinking Script
Write the sentence that loops in your head:
"I’m not smart enough." "People like me don’t succeed." "I have to be perfect to be loved."
Now cross it. Burn it. Rip it out. That line is not your architecture.
2. Create a Replacement Code
Write the new line. Load it into memory:
“I evolve fast. I learn. I don’t need to prove anything.”
Say it until it feels normal.
3. Mini Symbolic Burn (Optional but Powerful)
Write the old identity on paper. Burn it (safely). Say:
“Code expired. Rewrite in progress.”
You’re not deleting you — You’re deleting who you were taught to be.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung
π ️ Reset Reminder
You are a system. And systems evolve with better code. Burning isn't loss. It's liberation.
Let old versions crash. Let glitches go offline. The newest version of you is loading.
